Notifications not deleting in Fitbit app

Hi there,

 

you may want to have a look at the solved there’s regarding this issue, there’s been a lot of traffic and people are still having problems. To clarify, it appears that notifications are NOT deleting automatically after 30 days.

Thanks for sharing that your in-app notifications aren't disappearing. I understand your point of view and appreciate you for bringing this to my attention. Currently there isn't an option to manually delete those notifications from the Fitbit app, however they should disappear by their own or when you receive new messages. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and our team will continue working to improve our products and services.

Someone has already posted the idea to the Feature Suggestion board. Take a look and add your vote. The more votes an idea receives, the better chance it has of getting the attention of the developers.
