My Apple X and notifications stopped sending notifications June 18, 2018. Recently telephone calls started show up on the Alta HR screen, but nothing else. HELP!

Hey there @GrassValley. Good to see you in the Fitbit Comunity Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with Alta HR not showing the notifications coming from your iPhone X 😕

Now, besides calls, which other notifications did you stop receiving? Is it text messages and calendar notifications?

For text messages notifications, make sure that the "Show in history" setting is enabled on your phone. For this, go to  Settings on your phone. Then, go to Notifications, then toMessages and here is where you want to enable the "Show In History" option.

For calendar alerts, make sure to go into the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of your tracker at the top of your screen and then in the Settings page for the tracker, go to Notifications and make sure that all three (call, text and calendar) notifications are On. If they're already on, turn them off, sync your tracker and turn them back on.

It would also be good to give your Alta HR a quick restart. You can easily do this by clipping your tracker to the charger and plugging the charger to a USB port on your computer or a wall charger. Then, Press the button on your charging cable three times within four seconds and your tracker should vibrate and show the Fitbit logo. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Hope this helps and please, let me know if you need more help!

PS. I'm moving your post to the iOS App board for categorization purposes.

Hello @GrassValley, thanks for taking the time to reply, I hope you're doing well. It's nice to see you around too @KaleHI, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have let us know you've already tried the troubleshooting steps provided by @FerdinandFitbit. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart Notifications in the Fitbit app by following these steps:

I would like to suggest you to reset Notifications from the Fitbit app following these steps:

- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and tap on tracker. Then tap on Forget this Device.

- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.

- Open the app again and tap on Account > Your Tracker > Notifications. You will receive the following Pop-up:

- Then, once you tap on Set Up, the app will begin setting up your tracker with the Bluetooth on your phone, which will prompt the next pop-up:

- Tap Pair

- Once you get back to the tracker options, tap on Notifications an enable the ones you'd like to receive.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thank you for trying to help. Bottom line three days ago the notifications for calls, calendar events and texts, just started working suddenly. First time since June 18. I tried your suggestions multiple times weeks ago and they did not help. Very frustrating, but it now works and since it was weeks ago when I reset everything, it does not make any sense.
