Help! I'm new to fit bit and have gone through all the troubleshooting tips but nothing will get the notifications from my iPhone through to the fit bit? Its brand new, just delivered. Is it faulty and should I send it back?

Have you downloaded your user manual @Suelou is your tracker in its DND mode?
Do you receive notifications on your phone while the phone is locked?
It most likely is permission and settings on the phone

Hi Rich Sorry for lack of detail in my post. I have as iPhone XS running the latest updates iOS 13. I have checked all the settings in my phone I. Great detail. Yes I get notifications when locked and all settings allow always. I followed every single troubleshooting steps given to rectify the situation but still no notifications? I’m at a loss as to know what to do next. I’ve deleted and reinstalled App, did a forced shutdown of tracker the lot. Help!!!! (Please)
