Now won’t connect to Bluetooth!!!

Seriously, this is now getting beyond a joke. My Versa has not been working properly since the firmware update, not syncing and losing time.  Saw about the update coming out and I had that there on the app to update this morning. Here I was thinking it has all been sorted but no, update failed.

Kept doing all the other way of getting my Versa to sync and then the app could not find it at all. Rebooted everything and still no luck. So thought my only option is to go back to factory settings. So that is what I did. Now trying to add the Versa back on and having trouble with it connecting to Bluetooth. Taken everything that could interrupt the signal out of the room but still it is not connecting.

I am at my wits end now as have no tracker or watch and have spent quite a bit of time trying to get it to work.

Will be calling the help line when they open in the morning as I have come to the end of my patience with this. I have done all the options possible and am fed up with reinstalling the Fitbit app and rebooting my Versa only for nothing to work!!!

I just got mine to work. It was acting like it could not connect to wifi.

First, make sure that you have your fitbit watch plugged in to an outlet - NOT your computer. (I honestly think this may have been it, dumb I know!)

This guy may have helped, too - go figure I had to go to youtube not in the fitbit community.

I hope it works for you, good luck!

First thing to note is that doing a factory reset is the very last thing that should be tried, it normally only adds problems, and we still have to fix the sync problem before we can setup.

First thing to do is remove the Fitbit tracker from the phones bluetooth, iPads bluetooth, and the computers bluetooth.

Now choose one device to setup through, wifi is not needed at this point.

You may have to follow the suggestion in the pink banner above.
