I am sorry to hear the issue persists, thank you for your efforts. I recommend confirming the app version you have by doing the following: tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Help. The app version is at the top. The latest app version is 3.41.1. If you don't see the option to update your app to that version, please try to uninstall or delete the Fitbit app and then reinstall it.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app? You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
