Nutrition tracker on Home Page not working since March 31

I am posting this here as I use a Charge 5 but the problem seems irrespective of the device and more relates to the app. I am using the iOS app.

Starting yesterday, the nutrition tracker HOME PAGE in my Fitbit app no longer shows total calories consumed, however it does show consumption data when I press the Food tab and go to the next page for the daily count. Please fix this as I much prefer to see my data at a glance and not have to navigate to various pages for essential data.

I've attached two screenshots to show what I mean.1. Fitbit Home Page.jpeg2. Fitbit Food Page.jpeg

@AuburnBoy   I have the same issue.  I have app version 4.66.  Do you have the same version?

I have noticed the same issue and sent feedback to FITBIT.  Hope they can fix it.  Seems like they tried to roll out a new public view version at the same time this started to happen.

Hi there!

Thank you for letting us know about the nutrition tracker HOME PAGE in the Fitbit app no longer showing total calories consumed. Thank you for adding your screenshots. I'll be happy to assist.

Please restart your phone and let me know if they show up again, so I can report it.

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for the reply. I restarted my iPhone 14 this morning and the same problem persists. All other categories like Water, Activity, Steps, etc show up but still nothing under Nutrition.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Hi

I restarted my phone and the problem continues. Thanks.

Restarting the phone does not correct the issue. Neither just restarting both the phone and the Fitbit inspire device itself.

Hi Andrea. Any follow up from the app programmers?

The calories do eventually show up, but it takes an hour or more.

Hi Andrea,

Any update on the status of resolving the missing Nutrition/Food data on the home page of the iOS app? It looks like I'm not alone in this request and restarting the phone didn't help.

Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us and for your patience with this issue.

Could you please update your app to the 4.67 version?

Please let me know if this update worked to fix this.

Yes, that's what I'm running now, Fitbit 4.67 (46723135). I'm still having the same problem with the Nutrition/Food data showing up on the home page.

Same problem here. Rebooting my iPad sometimes transfers the info but this only works once at a time.
