I want the old dashboard back. Easy and was nothing wrong with it. Why fix something when nothing is wrong? Very disappointed. Asking if you want to look but then you can't go back to original is disappointing. People should be given a choice.

Thanks as the new dashboard did not update my water intake. and i prefer the old one even after only using it for one day.

As I have written to you several times now I do not care for the new dashboard. The original was much easier to navigate. I don't understand why you tout read FAQs and you want/ appreciate our feedback yet you obviously pay no attention to our( your faithful cutomers) remarks. If you would read them you'd see most of us don't like the new dashboard, and many have suggested you simply offer customers the choice of which one they want. It can't be that difficult to offer a choice.

I had the option of trying the new dashboard so I did. I want the old dashboard...I didn't know the new dashboard would be permanent and the impression given was that the new dashboard was available for a trial run.  I have had my Fitbit for exactly one week and just that quick I can see how the old dashboard is more efficient and easier to use.

I very much agree with u it sounded like it was a trial run for the new dashboard! Well it wasn't I also don't understand why Fitbit officials don't listen to / read the posts regarding the new D/B. Pretty obvious the original was more popular . As usual just my opinion which apparently doesn't mean much to Fitbit officials!2-T

I found that I had synchronization difficulties with the charge 2 after I
switched to the new dashboard. I don't know if this will work for any of
you who are having any accurate information on the charge 2 versus the app,
but to switch back to the old dashboard, try the following:

1. Have app on (new) dashboard page

2. At the bottom far-right of that page click on account

3. The very first item on the new page that it appears says return to old
dashboard. Click there

This seemed to solve a lot of the problems I had with step count and
knowing when to perform an updates. It's also good to unplug everything
and replug things back in.

I like the old dashboard better anyway. I'm a new Fitbit user and have
found these forms helpful. I hope this works for somebody out there. Good
luck!

I'm sorry jogger - my error. After selecting account at the bottom right of
the dashboard page, on the next page scroll down to advanced settings
(toward the bottom). There you have the option of returning to the old
dashboard. Click on that and the old dashboard should reappear.

Good luck. I just tried it and that's the way it appears. I have the Fitbit
charge 2 and my app is on a Samsung Galaxy 6 phone.

You can go back to the old dashboard by going into Account,  then Settings. It took me a while to find it. But I was able to switch back.

Dear dr. Bob, it could be that you have an iPhone. That's only a guess on
my part. I do not have an iPhone.
