So frustrating...
I know a ton of people are having the same issue...and somehow mine just got worse. I've had my Charge HR since March 2015 and have never had trouble with it. About two weeks ago the iOS app stopped syncing with the tracker. I tried resetting the fitbit, unpairing and re-pairing bluetooth, etc etc and nothing helped. Then, reading these message boards, I saw that someone found a work around where you could turn off call notifications and turn them back on and suddenly it would work. That seemed to help - it still took 20 minutes to sync, but at least it would sync. I also contacted support, who basically just said to restart everything. When I told them that didn't work, they said to set the tracker up as a new device. I did that and no change.
Well, today I noticed that there was an update on my Mac for the fitbit app, so I downloaded it and reset everything. Still no good. So, I tried again to set the tracker up as a new device, and now I can't even do that! My computer doesn't recognize it, my app won't sync to it. It's basically useless at this point.
Throwing a hail mary here...one step before I throw the actual tracker in the trash. Any suggestions? The tracker is essentially useless now.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Spartan_Dawg, hope you're doing great today! I'm so sorry to hear the inconveniences you've been having with your Charge HR.
As per your post, it seems that you've covered each steps provided in the I can't sync my tracker article to solve the issue. However, I need to make sure that your tracker was fully charged when doing the troubleshoots and restart the tracker at least three times in a row.
When trying to set up your buddy as a new device, did you do the process through the computer or phone? Anyways, I'd recommend doing with your phone first, but if you a near of the computer please ensure that the Dongle isn't plugged since this will interfere during the process or viceversa, If you're using the computer make sure that the Bluetooth on your phone is not enable.
Let me know if this helps!

Hey @Spartan_Dawg. Good to see you in the Forums!
I'm sorry for the issues you've been experiencing with syncing your tracker. Something I can think of right now would be trying to set up your tracker as a new device but this time using the dongle and your computer. Be sure to download the Fitbit Connect Software and follow the set up process and once it has paired through your computer try to see if you can get it to sync using your mobile device.
Let me know how it goes!
