Only in 2 challanges unable to join more

I am in 2 challanges with only one ended one on my challanges page - when I try to join any more challanges it's saying I can only be in 5 - this has been going on for weeks - I've tried deleting app, resetting my Fitbit any other suggestions?

Hello, @SunsetRunner! Thanks for joining us!Man Tongue Thank you for reporting this to us, this was a bug we were experiencing a few months ago. However if for some reason you are still having trouble with joining Challenges, does force quitting and restarting the App with a good Internet connection help?

You can force close the App by: rapidly double tapping the iOS home button > swipe left until you see a preview of the Fitbit iOS App > and then swipe up on the preview to force 

 

Also make sure on your App store that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit App.

Hi - thanks for the reply - I'm using the latest fitbit app with an update today - tried forcing the app to quit and reloaded but still only able to join 2 challenges....

I am having the same problem and been having the problem for months!! I am not in any challenges. I have removed the app signed off and back on, tuned the phone off and then put them app back on this is getting very frustrating. I wish they could fix this problem.

Thanks for getting back - I'm getting no help at all from fitbit support - they send senseless replies and say their engineers are working on it - so frustrating....
