Open Fitbit To Keep Data Synchronized Notification message shows up- Charge 3

I used to get this annoying notification but I believe it was fixed a while back. It started again this week and I notice that there was an app update last week. Is anyone else getting this?

I'm sorry to hear about the notification message you are you are getting. Thank you for the information provided.

 

Like you mentioned, our team resolved it a while back. If you have the Fitbit app running in the background but still receive the message please follow the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your cellphone

- Log back in

I did as you suggested, logged out of the Fitbit app, closed it, rebooted my iPhone then logged back in. I'm sorry to say that this morning I again got the notification to leave the Fitbit app running.
