When we can be able to reply to messages in Fitbit watch in iOS 13?

Thanks for your question about the quick replies feature. As you may know, currently this feature is available for Android devices. I understand how much you'd like to have it available for iOS devices and our team also has received feedback from our members. While we don't have further details, our team will continue working to find ways to bring quick text replies to messaging apps for other operating systems such as iOS.
