Option to add a warning before deleting workouts

The IOS software and probably the Android version as well make it far to easy to delete a workout. You need to add a confirmation dialog to ask if you really want to delete your workout. I've done it twice now. It's really upsetting to swipe across the screen and have an hour workout disappear without warning. I can manually renter the time but my calories are gone! My steps are gone! The map of my walk is gone! I went from 9000 steps this morning to 3000!

It’s a bug in the program that needs to be addressed. How would it feel to have your new PowerPoint presentation wiped out by swiping across the screen in the wrong direction without a message asking you if you really wanted to delete it? That’s what it did to 6000 steps that day. Sorry your answer is not acceptable.
