Got the new iPhone SE 2020 over the weekend. Fully updated iOS on the phone and Fitbit app. Now, Versa 2 can't be found by the phone. Anyone else having issues with this new phone? My Versa 2 is still discoverable on my old iPhone SE, but not on the new one.

Make sure your old phone doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.

I am also having this issue.
move followed all of the instructions but Bluetooth is still not finding the device on my new phone. Have you managed to sort it yet?

Thank you. Yes, ultimately I removed the device from the old phone and then I had no issues with pairing.

I disconnected the connection with my old phone. Deleted the app etc and been restarting my phone and the device, switching off then on the Bluetooth and it’s still not connecting after hours of trying. This is really frustrating please advice me how I can resolve this

I stopped using it for several weeks tried the same steps and oddly it’s working now.
No one from Fitbit responded to me at the time, I wasn’t impressed.

@Shakira_UK do't forget that this is a user community. Fitbit's customer support do not monitor these forums. If we can't get answers to our questions here, it's for us to contact customer support.
