My Fitbit is syncing with my phone but it’s not pairing.

Ive reset it up and still not doing it! What else can I try? Also my screen doesn’t always work!

What do you mean by, it's not Pairing? Are you getting an error of some type? 

 

 

Do you have notificstion services running? I assume you have an android phone.

Hi,
I have an i phone and my Fitbit is syncing but I’m not getting notifications on it.
I went into the app to turn on notifications and all day syncing and it comes up with your charge 3 is not paired with your phone! [cid:DB087727-A8B9-44F2-879D-CCE07F8D864E-L0-001]
