My Versa began showing the incorrect time about 11 days ago. It would fall behind first, in minutes, then in hours. Within days, I also began to experience difficulty syncing it through Bluetooth with my iPhone 8 Plus. I tried every fix recommended in the Fitbit Community postings and, once in a while, I would hit pay dirt and it synced. Soon the only way I could sync my watch was by plugging the charger into my laptop with the phone in the charger cradle. Fours day ago, nothing I did could make my Versa sync. I stopped wearing it because, with working remotely, I would forget the time was wrong and rely on it. My watch had not synced since April 6th. Today, I finally called Fitbit today and they were very helpful in taking me through a number of steps to see if my Versa would sync. Unfortunately, none were successful. In the end, the customer service representative advised me that there is a known problem with incompatibility between Fitbit and the iPhone operating system software. She confirmed that was why my watch would not sync through Bluetooth with my iPhone. Fitbit is working on a fix, but she was unable to confirm how soon it would be released.
My advice to Fitbit is to be public about this known problem because there are many of us to whom it is not known. Please also offer a realistic timeline for the release of a Fitbit app update that will address it. For those of us who are fortunate to be working remotely, we need our technology to work and we need to know if there are problems with it. Communication is key.

Can someone from Fitbit please respond to me? My Versa magically connected to Bluetooth for 2 hours this evening and then disconnected. I have not had use of my device since April 6! May I have assistance in knowing when the next Fitbit app or device update is scheduled?

I have the same problem. But Fitbit still told me to do the steps in there help. I didn't had any support except look in the help.
Would be nice if they fixed the bug after 17 days.
