Overnight the period tracking feature has changed to view only mode and won’t let me select the ‘I agree’ option to be able to track.
I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting my phone and delete and re installing the app.
Would love any tips as this is a great feature I use

I did a hard reset on everything. Taking the watch off the app, and reinstalling the app as well. And not helping that it’s not being updated recently. I don't know what else to do. Its so annoying.
Exact same issue. Cannot agree to the terms no matter how many times I hit “I agree.” Stuck in view only mode. Tried restarting phone, updating app, then deleting and reinstalling app. Nothing has worked. Clearly Fitbit needs to patch a fix.

I appreciate all your messages and feedback regarding this situation. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with the menstrual health feature. Furthermore, I merged the iOS threads about this topic in order to keep informed all our customers about all this.
This is definitely not the experience wanted for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this.

I'm having the exact same problem. It's literally the only thing I use the fitbit app for now (I prefer it to other period apps for looking at long term trends etc). Also so cruel that I literally started my period today and am grumpy and can't log it which is making me grumpier 😆. If they don't fix it I will end up just deleting the app altogether.
