'Personal Best' Trophies not appearing

Hi,
None of my personal best trophys are shown as achieved ( daily, work week, goal or weekend). How do I activate / win these trophies? I have won all the challenge trophies but not a single 'personal best' one.
Please help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @jimmyc99! Could you tell me where are you looking for your trophies? Keep in mind that challanges awards are not the same as the badges you receive by beating a goal set by Fitbit. If this is through the app, I'd try logging out and back in to see if that makes it appear.

On the ios app, I navigate to my my account and then click on 'trophy collection'. Here it shows all my daily showdown, workweek hustle etc trophies but the 'beat your personal best......' Trophies are just blank circles with a '?' In it.

There's nothing on the Goal day since I haven't beaten my personal best yet. That means that I have participated in that challenge, but I didn't win. As I previously mentioned, a sreenshot of it would be helpful to better understand this matter.

I HAVE beat my personal best in recent challenges and mine still stays blank! I have screenshots of it saying how many steps I beat my last goal day challenge but it never goes to my personal best.

All four of these personal bests should have been activated during challenges since I have beaten my previous highest in each four of the events whilst active in a challenge.

I had to use the website to upload images. Couldnt do it from the app.

All four of them should be awarded - for example, on 25th May 2016 I participated in a goal day and daily showdown challenge and won both with my personal best step total since getting my fitbit. This should have triggered the daily showdown and goal day personal best trophies. Similarly, for the workweek hustle personal best, my total for 23-27 May was my personal best and won me the workweek hustle challenge from that week but still no personal best trophy.

Please advise.

I'm having this problem as well! I beat three "Personal Best" records this weekend (Goal Day 158%, Daily Showdown 15,806 steps, and Weekend Warrior 35,759) but haven't received any updates in the "Personal Best" category. The date and step counts all showed up as 1st place trophies though, so it's clear that they were acknowledged in some category.

I've tried all the suggestions - sync app, update, log out and back in - but nothing is working!

I called the UK support team about this issue. They were not able to resolve it but have escalated it to their engineering team. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Unfortunately, until this issue is solved, I do not want to beat my previous personal bests so it is really acting as a demotivator

We definitely want to recognize everybody who beats their goal or wins a Challenge and appreciate everybody's patience while this issue is being worked out.

I am having the same problem, my Beat your personal best trophy is not appearing. Have had two days that were amazing compared to a regular day, one almost double my usual goal. No trophy. So I thought maybe I had to be in a goal day challenge to get the trophy, so yesterday I stepped it out and although I did not beat my one best day I did beat all the other days I have done a goal day challenge. Still no trophy. Can someone tell me the rules for winning this trophy so I know what I should be doing.

I've had the same problem . There are 2 Personal Bests that I never recieved, I have earned them at least 3 different times , but have not gotten the badge?. Also, I have emailed Fitbit regarding the Step Goal 2016 Challenge. I did the challenge with 5 people and only 2 recieved the badge? All of us earned it? Me & my husband and friend are very disappointed that this issue has never been resolved, nor can anyone at Fitbit explain it?

@SunsetRunner Your team must be feeling pretty exhausted by now as looking at some other threads this has been a 'known issue' that they've been working on since at least February now!! Is anything really being done about it? Worked super-hard to beat my personal best in Weekend Warrior this weekend and no trophy - v demotivating.

My question is *if* and when this issue is ever fixed can the trophies be awarded retrospectively, or can we have the option to reset our personal best goals? I know I'm not the first person to ask this but not found any answer yet..

What amazes me about this issue is it seems completely random!  Some people are affected, others are not.  I have noticed that I haven't received any trophies for any challenges I have completed since I joined the fitbit craze 6 months ago   I mainly do goal days, always beating them (great motivator!), occasionally beating my personal best, but with nothing to show for it....what's the point???

When will this issue be fixed???  Is it a case of "well it works for us, so it must be fine"?  Will any fitbit mods respond ever again?

PLEASE FITBIT I WANT MY TROPHIES!!!  I NEED MY TROPHIES!!! (I lead a sad existence which relies on validation from technnology to keep me going!!!)
