Hi,
None of my personal best trophys are shown as achieved ( daily, work week, goal or weekend). How do I activate / win these trophies? I have won all the challenge trophies but not a single 'personal best' one.
Please help.
Thanks.

I am experiencing the same with PB for Daily and Goal Day, it's seems the last ones was in fact 2016 and I have not getting any since, and I have beaten my PB on many occasions. It hasn't been fixed and it's frustrating

Hi
I’ve noticed this issue as well. Last update to goals and personal best challenges is 2016!!!
Are Fitbit even looking into this?!?!

I recently beat my personal best Workweek Hustle and still don't have the Personal Best trophy. Really disappointing because I had to work hard to win that Workweek Hustle!

Is there ever going to be a fix for this? I'd really like to get my trophies, especially since Workweek Hustle is not easy for me to get!

Actually, I finally got my Personal Best trophy for the Workweek Hustle. I thought my Workweek Hustle personal best was lower, like around 55K, but I looked back in my activity log to find out that I had actually done around 74K steps two years ago for the Workweek Hustle. So, I did about 77K steps last week and ended up snagging the trophy finally!
Now I have all the Personal Best trophies!

Have you worked the out yet? Post was 2016 I think. I have an unsolved problem from then. Daily showdown won three times the last one of which was a 26 mike walk so unlikely to beat that.

Users not receiving trophies for their Challenges is a known issue that our team is currently working to fix as soon as possible. We definitely want to recognize everybody who beats their goal or wins a Challenge and appreciate everybody's patience while this issue is being worked out.

Hi Spiral,
Unfortunately we probably won't see the fix in our lifetime. It has been a couple of years that it has been stated that they are working on a fix as soon as possible, but revising the dashboard and other items has taken their priority.
I just stopped trying to get the trophy that I still needed to avoid frustration. I think they should probably just remove the feature until they are able to fix it.

Is anything being done about this? The issues seems to have been around for a couple of years and I am still experiencing it. Any progress?

Same problem here! I wrote a new post about it and hopefully they can fix it but if I read now its already a problem since 2016 Im afraid they cant. If I do get a solution I will post it here!

So after many tries and fails at getting my personal best trophies I have now finally gained the personal best trophies for the goal day challenge and the daily showdown. I previously thought that when you are in the challenge you need to beat the best you did for these challenges to win this award however having checked how much I did last time in the challenge and then making sure to beat this I still didn't get the award.
Yesterday I however did more steps in a day then I have ever done before AND I was participating in both of these challenges and I have now FINALLY got my personal best trophies. So the trick for the day long challenges is to beat the most steps you have ever done in a day which you could see by checking which is the highest daily step badge you have been awarded and aiming for the next one BUT you must also be activated in these challenges when you do this to win the personal best award.
I however missed the personal best for the weekend warrior challenge. I definitely had done more steps than the last time I did this challenge. I then checked and it was also definitely the most steps I have done in any given weekend as well and I still didn't get it. However it is not the most steps I have done over 2 days. Does this mean I actually have to beat the most I have done over two days in order to get this personal best now?? Because as of yesterday I have made this extremely difficult for myself and now have to do 34000 steps over each of the two weekend days (total of 67650 in a weekend) in order to get this badge. And does fitbit use your 2 highest days or your 2 consecutively highest days? If it is consecutive days then it will be slightly easier but some how I doubt it. Also it took me a long time to go through all of my stats and step records to work this out which is a bit tedious so I really think fitbit needs to do a fix here. If I had know that it would award personal bests in this way I would have aimed to do these challenges sooner and before my daily step achievement had already reached 30 000 steps.
I don't know how long it will take me to work up the effort to check if I am right or not but it seems a waste to be honest. 67650 steps over two days is a lot to get to on a weekend on the off chance that this is the requirement it may or may not be working to.

I worked hard to meet all my goals for the weekend and yet the weekend warrior trophy is not showing. I see issues on this going back 3 years. Why isn't it fixed??
Thanks,
Sara

I have only done two workweek hustles and I beat my first workweek hustle total but did not get my personal best total. I was wondering if it compared against normal weeks which have not been counted as part of a workweek hustle challenge because I have higher totals on weeks I never did the workweek hustle. For example:
Week 1: 69,000 k
Week 2: 82,000 k
Week 3: 45,000 k = workweek hustle No. 1
Week 4: 65,100 k = workweek hustle No. 2
Therefore do I need to exceed 82,000 in order to get workweek personal best trophy even though that week (week 2) I got 82,000 k steps I did not do a workweek hustle?
Or has the bug not been fixed by Fitbit?
