'Personal Best' Trophies not appearing

Hi,
None of my personal best trophys are shown as achieved ( daily, work week, goal or weekend). How do I activate / win these trophies? I have won all the challenge trophies but not a single 'personal best' one.
Please help.

Well it is nice to know I am not crazy. 

I have beat my personal best for goal day several times and not received the trophy.  I have sent emails to Fitbit 3 times, and they basically made it sound like somehow I did not beat my personal best when I knew I cleary did.

It's nice to know now that this is a known issue.  Maybe they should share this with all their staff since it was reported back in February.

I have the same issue with the personal best not showing. I have tried the Android app and windows too bit no luck 🙁. Please any suggestions to boost my motivation!!

@RosiePutwain @Luffs75! This issue has about not getting Goal Day badge has been fixed. If you completed the Fitbit Goal Day challenge on May 21st, you should see your badge.

Thanks.  I still don't have my trophy, so it would appear it has not been fixed.

I am referring to beating personal best Goal Day challenge trophy, not just the Goal Day trophy.

@SunsetRunner No, the issue is with the 'Personal Best' trophies on the challenges. For example I know for a fact from looking through my historical data that I took the highest number of steps ever over a weekend since getting my fitbit last weekend (18th-19th June), whilst participating in a 'Weekend Warrior' challenge, yet no trophy was awarded (the one that says "do better than your best to earn this trophy").

Very discouraging that so many users are crying out about this long-established issue and yet the moderators don't even seem to understand what we're referring to!!! Is *anything* being done to fix this or not??

I guess my biggest pet peeve is the fact that we DON'T even know the number we are trying to beat. If I know I need 1,000 more steps to beat my personal best you know I'm going to lace my sneakers up and crush it! For now it's "I hope I had enough to beat it...whatever IT is..."

This has been a known issue since November 2015 (or longer). How much longer is it going to take for you to work this out? You customer satisfaction just keeps going down.

I have 3 out of my 4 Personal Best trophies, but not for the Workweek Hustle yet. I've been a member for over a year now and have participated in at least 75 Workweek Hustle challenges, winning 11 times, and I've worked really hard to try to beat my best! Like @SunsetRunner I'm frustrated with not knowing what my "best" even is though! If the support team could tell me what my current best is, then I will go out and crush that total this week just to get this darn trophy (even if I'm sure that I've earned it many times over already)!

@RaymondJ The issue is being worked on, and some users are starting to see some promising improvements. You can keep in the loop on any progress over in the main missing trophies discussion.

I am still waiting for a fix on this... The "system" owes me 3-4 trophies. This has been a "known issue for over a year? Might be time for some new engineers?
