Personal Best not being updated

Hello, since May, my personal best is not bring updated on my iPhone for all categories, it is stuck on the first day in May when I had started tracking my steps. I see that people have been posting this issue since February, why is it taking so long to get this fixed on our phones? This is very poor customer service and I am even thinking of returning my Blaze and buying an iWatch, please get this fixed soon. I was hoping it was in the release you sent in June but was sadly mistaken

@PK20 Welcome to our Community! Have you tried logging out of the app and logging back in? You could also try restarting your phone or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 

 

I also moved your post from the Feature Request board to the iOS board since this is more related to a help request than a feature request.
