Hi can anyone help. I know there is the alarm on the Fitbit but how can I still have the ones on my iPhone go off if I'm wearing the Fitbit for sleep tracking. We all over slept as no alarm on my iPhone went off

I have both my iPhone alarms and Fitbit alarms go off at the same time, well maybe a few seconds off.
Not sure why both of yours aren't working.
Make sure you do a sync after you make changes for your Fitbit alarms.
Do a test, set a Fitbit alarm to go off in 5 minutes after you plan to do a sync.

Ok, sounds like a iPhone problem and not a Fitbit problem. When you said you over slept, I thought your Fitbit was faulty.

And you have checked that the sound is on and not just vibrate on your phone. Also the slider is in the on (green) for your phone alarms.

Hello @Leanne41, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you around too @ACG, thank you for all your help.
@Leanne41, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that the Fitbit app does not affect or interfere with the alarms set on your iPhone. Have you tried to reset your phone lately? Is your phone fully updated to the latest OS?
As @ACG mentioned, it seems the problem if related to the phone and not the Fitbit app, however you can uninstall the Fitbit app as the data will not be deleted. Additionally, you can also set a silent alarm on your tracker. For further information about alarms, please check the following article: How do I manage silent alarms on my Fitbit device?
I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I would do a Google search on iPhone alarm settings.

I have also had this same exact problem.
Since buying and synching my Fitbit my iPhone alarm no longer works/goes off.
It has caused me to oversleep on a number of occasions and is very frustrating.
There must be some link or bug with the ap/device synching to the phone.

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @Leanne41, thanks for taking the time to reply.
@Leanne41, I appreciate you have come back and let me know your issue has now been resolved, I'm very glad.
@SunsetRunner, please note that the Fitbit app does not interfere with any other app and should not enable or disable alarms from the native Clock app in your iPhone. Have you restarted your phone and updated its iOS lately? If so, please let me know.
I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

I am very happy to know that this problem has been successfully solved. Obviously, this is an application conflict. In general, updating the app and iOS system, restarting the iPhone are all helpful solutions to iPhone alarm not working.
