Phone stopped syncing

My Alta HR is linked to my iPhone 6 via bluetooth. Nonetheless yesterday it stopped syncing. I can pull the app downwards and then release to make the sync circle turn for a bit, but then it stops and no data gets transferred to my app. What now?

Hi

 

Make sure the latest fitbit app is installed.

 

If not already done, feel free restarting the tracker & the phone
