Hi @Kimberly9 very welcome to the Community! You can see the step goal on your iPhone by tapping on "Account" (down right corner), after that try to find "Goals" and tap on "Activity", then, select "Steps" and you'll find the steps goal there. The most common goal is 10,000 steps, however, if you want to change it, you can do it!
You can also change the steps goal on your Online Dashboard, just put the cursor on the "Activity Goal" tile and click on the gear icon, as you can see on the screenshots.
I hope this info helps you, I'll be around if you have any other question!

Hey @SasiSan nice to see you around! You can see the weekly goal on the Week's Activity tile on your Online Dashboard and in order to see what is your weekly goal, just put the cursor on the tile and a gear icon will appear, click on it and you'll be able to see the info there. However, if you are not be able to find the tile on your Dashboard, take a look on the second screenshot, there is a square, click on it and you'll find there.
Let me know how it goes!

I'm in the same boat as her and your answers have yet to help.
We know how to set our daily step goal. We know that if we multiply that by 5, or by 2, we can figure out our goal for a work week or weekend respectively.
There is a Trophy for your Challenges called "Personal Best" which you only get if you do better in a challenge than you've ever done before. Since I have never earned it in some of these categories, I do not know what my "Personal Best" is in the Workweek Hustle or Weekend Warrior Challenges so I don't know what I need to beat it. How do I find out my "Personal Best" while competing in these challenges so I can strive to do better?

I was also curious how to beat my personal best time and get the "Workweek Hustle Personal Best" trophy.
I ended up downloaded my data from the website and calculated my previous totals to see what I needed to beat.
I gained the "Weekend Hustle Personal Best" trophy by being number one in my "Weekend Hustle" challenge and getting a higher step count that my previous total.
However, I didn't gain my "Workweek Hustle Personal Best" when had higher step count from my previous high. I didn't finish 1st in the "Workweek Hustle" challenge, so I'm wondering if that was the cause. In other words do you have to be 1st and get a higher total? I looked around for the answer on here however haven't found it yet.
I'm on pace to break my personal best again this week, however I'm 3rd in "Workweek Hustle" challenge.
Anyone know for sure how to gain the "Workweek Hustle Personal Best" trophy?
2/14/2016 Update: I did get the Workweek Trophy this week. I created a second Workweek Hustle challenge and finished 1st, however I first access the Workweek Hustle that I finished 3rd and it displayed a message about the Trophy achievement. Looking back at my data, I'm guessing that I wasn't awarded the Trophy earlier because my high was only the 2nd full week of having the fitbit and maybe you aren't eligible for this trophy the first 2 weeks. I did get the "Weekend Warrior Personal Best" trophy on my 3rd weekend of using the Fitbit, however I also got 1st place in that challenge. So I'm still not certain if you must be first place to get the trophy.
Also of note, if you get 1st place in a Workweek Hustle it will tell you the step count that week. So that would be another way of narrowing down on what step count you have to beat without calculating the steps. Easiest solution is to add up the steps to know for sure.

You do NOT have to win the work week hustle to get the personal best trophy...you just have to beat your previous record in the work week hustle. Mine updated yesterday, and I did not win the challenge. Also, in the trophy section on my phone, when I view this trophy, it shows me my number of steps. Hope this helps.
I am still struggling with receiving all of the trophies earned....so if anyone has an update on that, I'm all ears 🙂

@zsimpson @indiana27 @stpetegirl There is currently a bug where users who break their Challenge records are not being awarded trophies. Our team is aware of the issue and they are currently working towards a resolution.
There's also a floated thread where users are talking currently talking about this issue. I would definitely encourage everybody who is interested to participate in the already-existing conversation.

th JAnuary 2017 and the issue is still not resolved. I first reported it in Macrh 2016 almost a year ago and still unresolved.
My fitbit still says my best is at the 28th February 2016.
Incredibly frustrated and fed up with getting the same message every month that the engineers are working on it....

This week I should of got a PB trophy, I never received it. It has happened with other badges but this one was a real challange for me...very disappointing when you work so hard.

It’s been ever since the last post in May 2017 and get here now it is almost November 2017 and I have broken my last Personal best many times and it never recorded. When will the team actually fix this? To keep launching new and more expensive devices but the app that is actually the infrastructure of this whole idea works itself doesn’t get much attention as the selling off the devices... this will not keep the customers here that long.
