Hi @Kay2016, I think I can help you out! I'd recommend:

1. Opening your iOS settings.

2. Click the General button.

3. Click Date and time.

4. Make sure that Automatic is togggled on.

5. Reboot your iOS device.

Afterwards, you should not receive the pop up about time anymore. Hope this helps you out and welcome to the Community!

Hi - I've been getting this same error since buying my Fitbit HR a few weeks ago. It just pops up every now and then, so isn't a huge problem but is annoying. Settings are set to automatic (and have been all the time). Is there anything else I should be looking at. I'm running an iPhone 4S on iOS7.

Hey there @RichB99! Well, I feel like it would work best if your iOS were up to date. Try updating your iOS and verify if you're still having the same issue. Also, make sure that your app is also updated to its latest version:

  1. On your iOS device, tap App Store.
  2. Tap the Updates tab.
  3. If a Fitbit update is available, you'll see Fitbit in the list of pending updates.
  4. Tap Update.

Let me know how it goes!  Cat Very Happy
