I have a Fitbit Charge and after not using it for a few months I started back using it a few days ago. When I try to log my run using my iPhone 5s I get a message saying 'Poor GPS alert; continuing with tracking could result in irregular GPS data for this activity". As i run, the distance and map are working as they should and logging correct data and route. When i finish my run again the data is correct, but when I try go back and view my run the route stays the same but the distance, and therefore the pace are completely wrong. Today it logged my run as 0.21km despite showing the correct route. Anybody have a solution for this?

Hello @Mark511, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.
This seems like a very odd situation, have you received this message before? Which phone model and OS version are you currently using?
In this particular case, I would like to suggest going to your phone Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Fitbit and make sure Allow Location Access is set up to Always.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
