I am currently using my iPhone to track my steps as my Charge 2 broke a few months ago. I recently tried to post and like posts within the various groups in the app community feeds. Unfortunately after I close out of the app, my posts and likes disappear. I’ve tried logging out of the app, shutting down my phone, restarting my phone and logging back into the app but nothing seems to work.
I would love to purchase another Fitbit tracker as I like the accuracy and the community is extremely motivating in helping me accomplish my goals. Unfortunately with being unable to post in the community, this is extremely frustrating. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
