Since I joined Premium Service my Blaze won't Sync. Is there anything that shows compatibility?

Hi @Jefa Premium service is no different than using the Fitbit app and unlikely it's caused your problems. Which phone do you use? We've had a few app updates lately for iOS and Android. read this article for trouble syncing.

Sorry, I didn't put in the number - iOS 13 is the minimum. I'm moving this to the iOS area of the forum for more relevant responses, too.
