Hi there @Stukhereonearth, welcome aboard to our Community. Certainly this is not expected, but I wonder if you can share a screenshot of how it looks? It would be better to have a closer look. I shared a post where I explain how to upload pictures in our Community, take a look here in case you need more help with this.
In the meantime, I recommend to force quit the app, probably your information is not being loaded by the app.
1. Log out from the double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion.
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and log back in.
