Hi there @susankblaze, welcome aboard to our Community. On this instance, I would recommend to perform a restart on your devices. (It might be require to repeat the process a few times)
Let's start with your Blaze:
- Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
- If your tracker doesn't work normally, use the instructions sahred by @SebringDon to learn more about How do I turn off my tracker? to turn Blaze off and back on again.
Now that we have restarted your Blaze lets go with your mobile app:
1. Log our from the Fitbit app and double tap the home button on your iOS device. Your open apps will show on your device's screen.
2. Close the Fitbit app by swiping the app image in an upward motion. (optionally you can restart your device)
3. Reopen the Fitbit app and log back in.
It might be useful to review too this post for Syncing troubleshoot for iOS devices.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
