There is a current bug with Fibit Versa and IOs 11 in which notifications will not come through and GPS tracking isn't available for workouts.
Despite multiple times contacting support this has no fix and they cannot say when it will start working.
They will offer a return IF you purchased from Fitbit website but not from any other retailers (who have 30 day return periods).
