After uploading my profile picture via the iPhone app, it shows up on www.fitbit.com, but is later deleted from the phone app.
The background picture does not seem to be affected by this bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload a profile pic from my iOS app on my iPhone.
2. View profile pic on www.fitbit.com, and community. (success)
3. Make change to profile settings on www.fitbit.com
4. Profile picture disappears from iOS app. (web page still shows the picture.) (fail!)

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your profile picture uploaded via the iPhone app disappears later. Thank you for providing the additional details and steps to reproduce this issue, I am glad to help. In order to investigate this, could you please clarify the step 3 about the changes to your profile settings on www.fitbit.com, and let me know your OS version? If you change your Fitbit profile picture on Fitbit.com dashboard, does it disappear later in the app?
I also recommend doing the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Logging out of the app and back in fixed the problem. My profile picture loaded. No restart required.

To be clear, simply logging out and back in (no force quit or restated) was necessary.
