Question about iPhone 8 compatibility

Hello ... first off I’m pretty sure a lot is users have this issue and I’m pretty sure that the developers know about this issue but I am getting frustrated because I rely on my iPhone to track via Fitbit app and I can’t.  Does anyone know when this is going to be fixed or what those of us using until it’s fix?

Hello @Musicofthenight, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

Please note that the iPhone 8/8+/X are not yet officially supported devices.  As these phones are brand new, our team is still working to make them fully compatible but some features (such as MobileTrack) are not yet working. At this moment, our team is committed to supporting iPhone 8/8+/X and will release updates soon that will improve the experience on these devices.

My text notification isn’t working on my Fitbit I have a 8+ is this getting fixed anytime soon??
