I have a question and I hope you can answer it. If sleep time includes only deep, RAM and light sleep. Why does the graph provide percentages for awake the ram and light sweet?
I have another question it’s sleep time only includes deep RAM and light and that number is readily available on the application screens why is total sleep time from when you go to bed to when you wake up not provided?

Hi there, @Podunk.
I've moved your post to a new thread so we can keep the forums on topic or tailed to a specific topic. As you noticed, the sleep time will take into consideration the time you were actually asleep and divide it into each sleep stage (REM, Light and Deep) if detected. While the Awake time isn't included in the overall sleep time, the time and percentage will be displayed so you can see this information and get better sense of your sleep cycles. To learn more about it, see this help article.
Currently the total amount of time you were on bed, either sleeping or awake, isn't available on the Fitbit app. However, you can share this as an idea in the Feature Suggestions board so our team can take it into consideration for future improvements. To learn more about this board, see our FAQs.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I understand what you have said, but I’m confused as to why sleep times in zones is displayed in percentages that include time awake. To me it is comparing apples and oranges. In another life I prepared many reports pertaining to medical and physical outcomes. Comparing sleep time in zones to percentages per sleep i’m in bed percentages is potentially confusing.
I thought the information provided by the community would be aggregated and presented to appropriate teams to ensure that they were aware of current issues in the 50s community. I will consider adding this to the teacher suggestion section of the community pages.
