No, @Kimberlee10 - it’s not a thing yet. You can add your vote to the request here, even though it is marked Not Currently Planned. In order for this to happen, Apple would have to be willing to work with Fitbit. No luck so far.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Kimberlee10! Please note that as mentioned by @SunsetRunner, Quick Replies are not available on iOS, they're currently only available for Android. On iOS you can only reply to messages sent to you through the Fitbit app. meaning that Quick Replies work exclusively for the Fitbit app. It's not possible to reply to other apps or reply SMS using Quick Replies through the Fitbit app.
What that means is that if you receive a message in the Fitbit app, sent to you through the app or the online Dashboard, you will be able to reply to that specific message. As you see the option grayed-out, that means you will need to go to App Notifications and enable "Fitbit", this will give you the option to personalize Quick Replies for the Fitbit app.
Let us know if you have any questions, we'll be around and glad to further assist.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
