RHR went up AFTER I started wearing Fitbit for sleep

Wore Fitbit for a couple years, but didn’t want to wear it at night. It would still give me a resting heart rate average. Each month it was around 68. Since I started wearing it for sleep for about a month+ now the resting heart rate is 70.

I will be getting a sleep study, but I’m just curious why my heart rate would elevate. I thought adding sleep would have it go down a little.

Hi @zoyanma9 - normally it could be lower if you sleep well but things like dreaming, apnea or other conditions could cause a rise.
