hi!! You seem very knowledgeable about this and wait time is a couple days with Fitbit. I can not get my Alta to synchronize with my
phone. I am able to get the phone to communicate to the Fitbit the 4 digit code, but after that the phone is telling me there is a problem communicating between the two. I am running the app with an iPhoneX. Everything is up to date. I have used the button on charger to reset Fitbit many times with no success. I purchased this back in 2016 brand new and had this problem then.
