hi!! You seem very knowledgeable about this and wait time is a couple days with Fitbit. I can not get my Alta to synchronize with my

phone. I am able to get the phone to communicate to the Fitbit the 4 digit code, but after that the phone is telling me there is a problem communicating between the two. I am running the app with an iPhoneX. Everything is up to date. I have used the button on charger to reset Fitbit many times with no success. I purchased this back in 2016 brand new and had this problem then.

Well thanks, that’s kind of you. I believe the OP had found resolution. I, on the other hand have not. My Fitbit has never synced with my iPhone 6 or iPhone 10, so I appreciate you putting my question somewhere it may be seen.

Yes I realize that. So I moved your iOS problem to where the iOS people may see it.
