I got a new iPhone. It is paired with the Alta, I've read all the help forums about making sure notifications are set to 'on' and 'always' on ihpone but it does not display my texts and calls?

In order for your tracker to receive Notifications from  your phone, please make sure they're close enough, then go to your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and that the following is enabled on your phone:

 

  • Allow Notifications. 
  • Show in Notification Center
  • Show on Lock Screen. 

Then open the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Alta > Notifications and enable them here. A pop-up will appear asking you to pair your tracker with your phone, tap OK and you will now be able to receive notifications on your Alta.
