Receiving text notificatuons

Since I updated I do not receive text notifications.  I am very upset. Tried everything and still not working.

Yes I did a restart and I have a 8 plus.

I'll move this to the iOS area. Others are having similar problems and Fitbit is aware of it.

Mine is doing the same. I have an iPhone 8. I’m sure it worked before the update but to be honest, I’m not sure. It could’ve stopped working before. I’ve deleted and re installed the app, Told it to forget my Fitbit and do it again and made sure all the settings are correct.
