Receiving too many notifications

Since upgrading my phone to iOS 13.1.2, I am getting too MANY notifications, particularly from iCal - as an example, I have an event on Friday at 9 AM - starting yesterday I have gotten at least 6 notifications  reminding me of this event. Seriously? 

In addition, today I made a phone call on my iPhone and I got an “active call” notification on my Charge 3.

I simply cannot find in the Fitbit app on my phone where I can fix all of this.

Thanks for the info - I have the same issue with my Versa 2 and it is driving me crazy.  Very very annoying....

Hopefully they will fix it soon. I want a notification 15 minute before the event is scheduled to occur--that would be helpful. It is not helpful to get it every  couple of minutes a week in advance of the event.

No longer using a FitBit . . .
