Recent Food List doesn't reappear

I am running the Fitbit app v 3.9.2 under iOS 13.2.  In recent weeks I've noticed that when I'm entering food for a meal that when I tap on 'Save and add more' to put in the next item in the meal the Recent list does not automatically reappear (as it has for years).  I have to select the Frequent list, then select the Recent list to have the list presented again.

Are others having this problem?  It isn't the end of the world, but it is getting to be annoying the longer it goes on.

Hello and welcome @jefftom1

Thank you for your question. I tried to recreate the issue on my Fitbit App but was unable too. I would suggest force shutting the Fitbit App and restarting your device.

Heres how:

log out of the Fitbit App

completely shut down your iOS device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device

once your iOS device fully loads enable your Bluetooth again

now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

sync

now try I’m putting your food choices

😃 Please let me know if restarting the iOS device resolves the issue. If indeed it does could you please tap the “Choose as Best Answer” box under my post? Doing so helps others who come here to find answers to questions similar to your own. I’d really appreciate it!

Hello again @jefftom1

I just wanted to check back in to see if your Food List issue has resolved or is it still an issue after restarting your Fitbit App. Keep me posted 😉

No luck with that, I also went to Settings, About, and Shutdown the Versa.  Restarted and still no luck.

Thanks for your suggestion.

As a last resort, I deleted the Fitbit App and downloaded it again from the Apple App Store.  It appears to have solved the problem.  I'll test it again after dinner.
