Hi all. I have the Versa smartwatch and before the last upgrade I could see and zoom in and out during a hike to see optional routes. Now the map live but frozen to my location and I cannot manipulate it. I have to use an outside mapping app. Help, please. It’s awful.

@Lisajn I'm sorry for the delay. I was on vacation. You're right, Fitbit changed the live mapping and you can't use it for navigation. The best way to give feedback to Fitbit about this is by using the Product Feedback forum. It's a shame that Fitbit did this. You have the option to hike, but you really can't "hike" with it.
