Switched from a windows phone to iOS .

no longer receive alert to charge fitbit

@Schnauzer8 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear about not getting your recharge notifications. This will depend on how often you sync your device as the status needs to be updated on the system so an alert can be issued. Make sure you are syncing periodically and check the settings on your account for this notification.
