Ok. Yesterday I moved from an iPhone 5 to iPhone 8. Now my Fitbit app shows all my info as usual and is recording it as usual but the small heart box on the main page no longer shows my heart rate. It DOES display on my altra just fine but doesn’t show on app box - data is recording though .any ideas?

Hi, @Odie622, the Fitbit app will not show "live" heartrate unless your Fitbit is paired to your phone. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone, and, if you still have your old phone it is turned off or out of range. On the Fitbit app on yiur new phone, click the Alta icon and on the next screen turn on notifications. (If they are already on, turn them off, sync your Alta, and then try turning them on again.)
Turning on notifications should prompt the app to ask you if you want to pair your Alta. Say yes. After it is paired you can turn notifications off, if you prefer.
