Red dot 🔴 notification

Deleted app, reinstalled. Red dot notification will not go away. I have no new notification or message.

I have notifications turned off and the red dot showed up after the most recent update. Annoying.

Is this red dot really found on your Alta?

What kind of question is that? I have an Alta, I have the :red_circle: notification
on my Alta Fitbit, and I posted to the forum.

It’s showing up at the bottom right of the app on notifications.

@USN456 I only ask because your Alta does not have the ability to display the red color, and suspect that the red dot is on the Fitbit app and was wondering if I should move the post to Android or iOS.

It happened immediately after the

most recent Fitbit update. As I said above it’s at the bottom right of the app.

I'm going to assume that the Fitbit app is on the iOS platform. 

We know the Alta can not be where the problem is.
