I have notifications on my phone app that will not clear. The little red dot refuses to go away.

what am I doing wrong, and how can it be fixed??

Any information would be great.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. In case you haven't done it yet, please update the Fitbit app. The latest versions have removed the issue with the red dot showing even if you don't have in-app Notifications. If you have updated the app, please force-quit it, then open it again and check.

I have double checked and the app is up to date, but I have a notification that says “it s no longer available”

I’m not sure why I’m still having this issue.
