Refreshing App

I am unable to refresh my Fitbit app and I have unlimited data

Hello @Mercy924, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 

 

I'm not quite sure what you mean with "refresh" the app. Are you having trouble updating it or is it not syncing correctly with your tracker? If so, please reply to me with the tracker model you're using and when you started experiencing this issue. Additionally, having more details about your issue will be very helpful to me to continue assisting you.
