I tried a challenge on the new Fitbit dashboard and I guess I completed it. It was less than stellar for me and I want it off my already hard to read new dashboard. I see I can move it to the bottom of the dashboard but want to just delete the challenge. Any ideas?

Hi @SarahRy, It's nice to see you around!
Thanks for letting me know that you have the new dashboard, as well for your feedback. Our team will make sure to work on the Fitbit app and our services to improve them, taken your comments into consideration. About your inquiry, I'd recommend the following steps to delete the challenge from he dashboard:
1. Tap on the challenge from the Fitbit app dashboard.
2. Tap on "Options" and then on "Quit this challenge".
3. Once you're prompted, select "Quit and Delete Challenge".
Let me know how it goes.
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. I also have the new dashboard. Once the challenge or goal day is completed, you can’t “quit” it. I have also tried the log out, turn off phone, log back in thing users suggested in the past. Additionally, while there is a place that should seemingly allow me to drag those to the bottom of my dashboard, they just pop back up to the top. It is cluttering up my dashboard quite badly.

Hi @Scbdrummer, welcome on board!
Thanks for joining the conversation and sharing detailed information about the Fitbit app. You've done a great job with the troubleshooting steps. To investigate, may I know what happens when you follow the steps above? Do you see an error message? Is the Fitbit app also updated to the latest version? About your other inquiry, once you've started or accepted a new challenges, the Fitbit app will bring it at the top so you can check it. You can then adjust the order of the tiles with these steps. Thanks for your feedback and we'll make to continue working on the app, and improve its features.
I look forward to your reply.
Best AnswerHi. I am having the same issue. The problem is, once a challenge is complete the option to "Quit and Delete" is no longer available under Options. It seems once a challenge is complete, the option to quit should be gone, but the option to delete should still be available so that they can be removed off the dashboard.
I also downloaded the new version of the app and cant even see the options to quit the group this sucks majorly. Wish i could revert to the old version than be forced to see all these challenges some that I haven't even joined. Newer isn't always better. Ease of use is 1 out of a hundred. The new update is crap
Seems you can only decline challenges you haven't accepted by long pressing those and the option comes up. Challenges completed stay on forever as there is no option to delete them. It sucks
Hello, Thanx for telling us how to quit the challenge. Though it did take me a couple
minutes, I finally found the quit this challenge in red, under all the people, just scroll
down the options page it quit this challenge is at the very bottom.
But we should not have to
do this.

Best AnswerI’m having the same issue. I followed your steps. I can move the challenges to the bottom of the screen, but don’t get option to delete.
Same problem here. When a challenge is done we can NOT remove it from the dashboard. We can move it to the bottom of the poorly designed new dashboard, but we cannot remove it. Why not? Why on earth would the programmers think it was a good idea to make it stay visible for longer than we would wish? What do they expect us to do; return over and over to admire the scenery and sigh over the memories of “hiking” the trail?
