Replacement HR setup problems

Had to replace my HR. cannot get replacement to sync. I have 1) removed old device 2) deleted app and downloaded/added it again 3) logged out and back in. Every time I get the same error message "400". Help! Do not know what else to try.

After this last update iPad and iPhone and different screen, HR missing and will not sink, keeps saying charge on phone, no place to sink on iPad , main reason I got Fitbit was to monitor Heart Rate due to afib completely disappeared on iPad ?

Thanks for stopping by @LGchambers1 Woman Very Happy! Have you tried the steps I've shared in my previous post?

 

You have to go into the account settings and change it to "All-day Sync". It will show live HR then.
