As mentioned yesterday, you may see a slight delay with your friend's leaderboard updating and we expect it to be back to normal shortly. Since this issue is resolved and the thread appears to be going off topic, I'll be closing it for further responses.

I have just received a replacement Fitbit as my other one broke.

It is my first day using the new pebble. The steps are syncing but on my iPhone app the weekly step count isn’t updating.  Also the notifications inside the application aren’t working either I haven’t had any notification since my previous Fitbit

Same for me, despite regular manual syncing to my device during the day and killing/restarting the app, the running totals in the Friends leaderboard are not progressing...except very occasionally.

I've also updated the app today but no difference...seems like something is broken in the Fitbit back end...

I did all the trouble shooting things and nothing worked but this morning everything is updating correctly. Thank you for your assistance.

Hey Fitbit peeps Anyone else having issues with the steps updating?  I’m a walking but it is not updating when I sync my phone!

This is ridiculous that they (Fitbit) cannot get there nothing better to work properly for no longer than one-two months.  But they keep adding things... Go Figure!  Let our voice be heard. Get it together Fitbit!

Hello Marco,

I’m having the same problems.  My total weekly steps are not updating when I synch.  It shows my total through yesterday but it doesn’t include today’s steps.  It did the same thing all day yesterday. I’ve tried all the possible solutions you’ mentioned. I also haven’t received notifications since mid-June.

I tried to attach a screenshot from my iPhone but couldn’t get it to work.  Is there a trick to it?

Thanks!

Hi, I have been having this same issue. My own information never changes on the friend leaderboard - although my Fitbit seems to sync to my phone otherwise, just never updates my new total on the friend page. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, force closing app, restarting the phone, etc - nothing has updated the friend total for me. It seems to be a widespread issue on the backend since I am not the only one - will you please look into it? Thank you!

There is also a problem with the food log not logging in food since the update.

Hi. Sorry if this is covered somewhere else but by app doesn’t appear to be correctly updating my total in the community section. I have tried restarting and reinstalling, plus updating app but it doesn’t seem to work. Any advice gratefully received
